Mastermind details

Each group is limited to 6 members. This allows everyone to get to know and trust each other and form a close-knit bond where everyone can share openly and honestly with each other.

Confidentiality- each member will be required to sign a confidentiality (non-disclosure) agreement to protect the privacy of each member of the group. Whatever is discussed within the group is never shared outside of the group.

• (2) Mastermind sessions a month lasting 90 minutes each for three months with the option to continue. 
• Hot/ Focus Seat Each person will have an opportunity to be in the hot seat once a month.
•  Monthly training/ Q & A session
• The meeting is completely custom designed by the members and flows based on the challenges and goals of it's members. Basic meeting structure is:
  Greetings
  Success stories
  Masterminding/ Brainstorming using Hot Seats
  Accountability/ Goals for the upcoming month
  Resources/ thoughts & insights you'd like to share with the group
  Closing
• Private & Public Facebook groups for continued discussion or brainstorming between calls. Use this group to get immediate help between calls or ask for feedback on a current project. Access to our Public group as well

Your Facilitator for the 90 Day Jumpstart 2021 Mastermind is Kathy Pop ~ Tech & Business Coach-Consultant. I started my first business over 45 years ago in 1974 and have opened, closed, and sold multiple ones ever since. I have had some wonderful successes as well as many “learning opportunities”. I would say that brainstorming is one of my most favorite activities.

1 to 1 Coaching Sessions  In addition to monthly Q&A/Training calls, we'll start off with a one-on-one coaching session! We’ll jump on a call for approximately 90 minutes to assess where you are and to create your goals for the year. This will help help you make the most of your mastermind experience. Then once every 3 months we'll hop on a call for 60 mins to assess your progress, outline the next steps of your plan, re-up your enthusiasm, and keep you consistently progressing toward your goals!

Unlimited Support Using FB Messenger  When I say you NEVER have to feel lost… I mean it! So you can send questions using FB Messenger where you can send over your questions, concerns, and requests any time you want. An expert from my team or I will be back in touch with the info you need – usually within 24 to 48 hours!
