This is the way you body burns calories in that metabolism means the way your body breaks down what you eat and uses it for energy. When your body&#8217;s metabolism is high, you are burning more calories. You are losing weight because your body is burning off the calories you eat rather than storing them as fat. Many people try to lose weight simply by eating less and this is a good way to lose weight if you can keep your calories down.</p>
<p>The result is people begin wanting food. This is only natural. To compensate for calories they did not eat the last two or three days, they overeat. If you have a sedentary life style and job, your metabolism needs to be raised not your food intake lowered.
