Vision exercises can enhance your eyesight with ease

Some vision|eyesighteyesight “gurus” declare that through putting on eyeglasses, you impair your eye muscles and corrupt your vision|eyesight. Hence, they concluded, you need to do eye exercises to “enhance” them.
But is that true?
Think about it. What’re the unhealthy vision habits that cause your vision to corrupt in the first place? Staring and squinting in the dark causes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… if anything causes vision decay, it is not “wasted eye muscles”, it is strain!
The title “eye exercises” are highly misleading. They are actually, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises rest your eye muscles, not enhance them! They perform this through practising right vision habits and when you do them regularly, you’ll subconsciously obtain the ideas beneath them.
When you once again obtained correct vision habits, your eyes will readily see clearly again. Specs are unhealthy not because it “cripple” your eye muscles… they’re unhealthy because they didn’t let your eye muscles to relax!
Just like your other senses, vision is suppose to be effortless. You don’t find yourself “trying” to listen, touch, smell or taste. Even if you intend to do so, you can’t. That is the goal you’re aiming for: effortless vision! Also it can only be accomplished if you throw away your eyeglasses and do eye relaxation exercises. Needless to say, constantly make sure you put on your eyeglasses whenever you undertake hazardous activities such as driving or crossing the road!
However, you should also consider how not using spectacles will affect your eyesight habit. Will it make you stare even more? If this is the case, you should consider buying spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision improvement. This will allow you to see acceptably well but at the same time allows room for growth.
