The cellulite battle is one that almost all women fight at some point in life. Everyone, of course, wants to remove their cellulite as quick as they can. So, you can squeeze them into even the busiest schedule. If you want a bigger challenge, you can use ankle weights to increase difficulty, too.

Expect your muscles to increase if you do weight training, though. So, if you’d rather get the tone without the bulk, you should probably not use weight training. It’s much better to just do more repetitions of your usual exercises.

Most cellulite reduction exercise routines depend on being able to strike a balance between your exercises. You need to include both the aerobic and the anaerobic. So, after you have a balanced routine, you should see your cellulite start to disappear.
