<p>As for the diet part, what is really meant is your way of eating. Diet has a negative connotation and implies you are going to restrict your portions and be miserable. The best way to start losing fat and keep it off is simple. Not easy, but simple. Stop eating all processed foods.</p>
<p>What does this mean? When you are looking at a menu, for example, and deciding what to order, ask yourself, where did it come from? If it came off the tree, vine or hoof in the form you are going to eat it in, you can have it. If not, you cannot. This means, for example, that bread and pasta are out, but rice is fine. Avoid added fat and sugar, such as foods that are fried and heavy sauces. Other than that, eat as much as you want. <p>A note about sweeteners, it is best to switch to honey or maple syrup. You do not want to eat a lot of either, of course, but they are not processed compared to sugar. When you feel the need for sweets, start making the switch to fruit. And you need to be eating whole fresh fruit, not drinking juices. There is far more fruit in one glass of juice than you would sit down and eat at one time. These excess simple sugars will become fat stores in your body.</p>
<p>As far as drinking goes, you must make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. As you start losing the fat, and you will, you need to flush it out of your system. This is extremely important to avoid any toxic reactions.</p>
<p>Motivation to begin and maintain regular exercise can be a struggle. It is especially difficult if you are physically restricted due to your weight. Remember, it is ok to start out with a little at a time. Walking is perfect. Start out with ten minutes a day and work up to more. The important thing is to start.</p>
<p>Keeping a diary of your exercise and food intake can be a great asset to fat loss. If you are honest when you are making your notes, it will keep you honest. No one likes to look back over the day before and discover they cheated more times than they realized. Conversely, as you start losing fat, looking back over the hard work you accomplished will make you more motivated to continue.</p>

<p>The pain throbbed and continued on. It was a pain that was very much different as opposed to the pain one might have if one has a toothache. I know the kind of pain that would merit a dentist\&#8217;s attention, and this jaw pain I was having was not it. I shrugged it off as some kind of muscle pain.</p>
<p>Not so. After a few days, the left side of my mouth was swollen and I couldn\&#8217;t open my mouth to even sip a glass of iced tea. After some trepidation, I finally agreed to see a doctor. It was a general health doctor, or whatever you call it, and his prognosis was, I should see a dentist. I was adamant and refused to see a dentist since I was so sure that it was muscle pain. I\&#8217;m sure you guys understand my fear of dentists, after all, who among us didn\&#8217;t fear them at such a young age right?</p>
<p>Eventually, I agreed. The pain continued and when the dentist examined me, he told me that it was because of an abscess in a tooth that spread throughout my jaw. He was asking me why I waited so long before I went to him and I just shrugged. Apparently, if the abscess was left untreated, the pain would go away, but then would come back worse than ever and would be beyond help.</p>
<p>So let me tell you, dear readers, if you fell some kind of jaw pain, and you are not sure what it is. Take the safest route and visit your nearest dentist. Sometimes it may be just muscle pain, but just to be sure, it may be something happening in your mouth. Your best bet would be to get proper dental treatment every six months so that your dentist can evaluate whatever it is that\&#8217;s happening to your mouth.</p>
